Our Team
Mr. M. Kondal Rao
Mr. M. Kondal Rao is the Chairman of the company and has a rich experience in the civil construction industry over a period of four decades. While establishing the MAGNA group, it was his vision to bring an elevated living experience to Hyderabad. He has been successful in this vision and continues to inspire the company towards setting trends in the housing and office space sector.
Mr. M. Sriman
Mr. M. Sriman is the Managing Director of the MAGNA Group. His qualification as an M.Tech in Structural Engineering, along with his experience in the construction domain, has contributed immensely to the growth of the company. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the company, from the designing to the execution and handover.
Ms. M. Swathi Rao
Ms. M. Swathi Rao is the Director of the MAGNA Group. She holds an MBA in Finance. She handles the marketing and sales of the company apart from the finance and accounting aspects of the company. Her leadership has ensured the best experience for the customers of the MAGNA Group and in raising the company’s image.
